With over 23 years of experience, he has trained and coached over 2,000 entrepreneurs, CEOs, and managers. Thomas specializes in Communication Essentials in Leadership, Strategy, and the Art of Reaction. Thomas works mostly in small group settings and helps trainees with personal skills needed to narrow the costly gaps between what is ‘thought’, what is ‘said’ and what is actually ‘understood’.
