About Äret Pea:
Äret Pea is an early-stage Founder & CEO of MYMCO, a company that had been incubating for over 15 years. Throughout this time, since being a teenager, she had this burning desire to do something big, to make a significant impact – a sentiment shared by many entrepreneurs. For Äret, however, discovering her “why” took a long time. Little did she expect that her calling would be the mountains. Perhaps she would have realized this sooner if she hadn’t lived in Estonia, where the tallest peak reaches only 317 meters. In her journey towards developing a business idea, Äret pursued a diverse range of experiences. Like many in their twenties, she traveled extensively and lived abroad for 5 years, exploring different roles across various industries in Hawaii, Sydney, and Toronto – spanning from universities and real estate to investment banking. She even worked at Disney.
Äret, however, believes that work doesn’t define a person; it’s what one does in their free time that truly matters. Äret’s mountaineering journey has taken her to the summit of Kilimanjaro, where she braved the harsh conditions and celebrated the breathtaking views from Africa’s highest peak. She has also faced the formidable Mont Blanc, a test of endurance and skill, and is preparing for her next challenge: climbing Kazbek in Georgia. Through every ascent and descent, Äret has demonstrated the same unwavering faith and determination that drives her entrepreneurial spirit.
During this short weekend, it’s crucial to communicate efficiently to make the most of our time. Thomas will leverage his years of experience in a practical workshop, showcasing and practicing effective communication techniques.

Participation in her first 200 hour yoga teacher training confirmed the understanding that yoga is indeed an amazing practice for being present and an incredible source of joy. Yoga for Maarja is not just about the poses, but more so a journey towards better life and being a better human. Yoga is key element between all the things we do in life.
