RECRUITING SERVICE
20% of annual salary fee
A 20% of the annual salary fee is applicable upon the successful placement of a candidate.
Of which, a 50% prepayment fee is required upfront to initiate the recruitment process.

Candidate Presentation: We provide detailed profiles of top candidates, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the role, streamlining the decision-making process.
Interview Coordination: We handle all logistics of interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and organized process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Verification and Assistance
We perform comprehensive reference and background checks to verify candidates’ credentials and ensure a trustworthy hire.
Onboarding Assistance
Employment Contract Review: Ensures employment contracts are accurate and complete, protecting both the employer and employee by clarifying terms and conditions.
Reporting to EMTA or Relevant Department: Handles necessary reporting to relevant authorities, maintaining compliance and reducing administrative burden on your HR team.
Salary and Taxes Calculations: Accurately calculates salaries and taxes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and avoiding potential payroll issues.
Offboarding Assistance
(included in the monthly packages for existing clients).
We provide support in offboarding processes, including reporting terminations to relevant departments, ensuring a smooth and compliant exit for employees.
