  • You will then be required to submit a declaration to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board confirming that your company has not conducted any economic activity. This declaration must also be signed by all members of the management board and shareholders of the company.
  • The approval process for the application to the Estonian Commercial Register takes up to five business days. Once approved, the company will be deleted from the Estonian Commercial Register.
